At BIRTHSTONES JEWELRY INC, we want you to cherish your piece forever; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-engraved pieces and final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original gift box and secure it within a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
