How long does shipping take for custom orders?
Since our custom birthstone pieces are handcrafted to order, please allow 5-7 business days for production. Standard shipping typically takes an additional 3-5 business days within the United States.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all non-customized jewelry in its original condition. Please note that personalized or engraved items are final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
Every purchase from BIRTHSTONES JEWELRY INC includes a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or loss of stones due to accidental damage.

To maintain the brilliance of your stones, we recommend cleaning them with a soft cloth and mild soapy water. Avoid harsh chemicals, perfumes, or ultrasonic cleaners, especially for softer stones like opals or emeralds.
